Exécute le plan `~/.cursor/plans/workflow-banch-align-update.plan.md`.

Lis le fichier plan. L'environnement `<env>` est passé en paramètre (ex. `/banch-align-update test`). Si absent, demande à l'utilisateur. Attends confirmation avant stash et alignement.
